The Aqua Medic Reactor 100 is a passive internal pressure diffuser for introducing CO2 into the aquarium. It does not need pump for operation, you can just mount it inside the aquarium near the bottom. The carbon dioxide is forced through a ceramic disc which produces fine bubbles that dissolve as they rise to the surface.
