Highly porous media designed to provide efficient biofiltration and remove ammonia, nitrite & nitrate from freshwater, marine & reef aquaria 1L. Matrix is efficient in biofiltration for the removal of nitrogenous waste. Matrix is a porous inorganic solid about 10mm in diameter.

Instructions:

Use 250mL of Matrix for each 200L (50 US gallons) of water. The matrix may be placed in any kind of filter and is particularly effective in a canister filter. Matrix is sufficiently large that no filter bag should be required for most applications.
